CCTV / Access Control

The Masonry Building, Dublin

The Masonry building on Thomas Street is one of Dublin’s most recognisable Georgian buildings.Formerly a seed warehouse and also the IAWS headquarters for over one hundred years, it has been renovated into a dynamic office building which offers flexible workspaces for businesses of every size from start-ups to large firms.

As part of the extensive modernisation undertaken by our clients (Iconic Offices), Mongey’s expert team of technicians installed a Complete Security Solution including cutting-edge CCTV, Fob Access Control and Automatic Main Door Actuators.

While the building still retains many of its original and historical features, it has been carefully repurposed to meet the needs of modern-day business professionals, including the requirement nowadays for high-tech security and surveillance.

Mongey Communications is proud to have played a role in the innovative transformation of this historic landmark building.

Electric Picnic

Electric Picnic Music & Arts Festival is one of the country’s most eminent annual events which Mongey Communications is proud to be partnered with.

Since its inception in 2004, we have been helping this eclectic outdoor festival come alive each year by delivering a fully-integrated and managed CCTV, Broadband, Telephony and Radio Communications solution.

Our dedicated team of knowledgeable and fully trained technicians have been involved in every organisational aspect of Electric Picnic from large LED screens and radio communications to voice evacuation systems, taking care of the construction before and disassembly afterwards, while having remained on-site throughout the festival to ensure everything ran according to plan.

Croke Park Sound System

Croke Park Stadium is Ireland’s largest sporting arena and one of the country’s most legendary,playing host not only to many historical sporting and cultural events, but also to some of the most celebrated performers in the world such as Taylor Swift and Michael Bublé. It was also one of the sites visited by Pope Francis in his recent trip to Ireland in 2018

Croke Park boasts the largest stadium sound system in Ireland and the UK, which Mongey Communications was proud to design and install.

It is now one of the few stadiums in the world that can allow visiting concert tours to plug into its new, state-of-the-art sound system to provide an enhanced audio experience.

Thanks to the expertise and know-how of Mongey Communications, this cutting-edge technology was installed and project managed during one of the stadium’s busiest periods, without interruption or disruption to its Summer event programme

Visit of Pope Francis

The visit of Pope Francis to Ireland in August 2018 is one of the most high-profile and memorable events which Mongey Communications has had the privilege to work on.

This project adequately demonstrates how we have the right capabilities to provide extensive surveillance, communications and broadband solutions to logistically complex events with high-level security challenges.
Our extensive experience enabled us to understand the operational and practical requirements of the visit and our technological knowledge and robust supplier partnerships allowed us to create a tailor-made solution that was state-of-the-art and reliable with built-in flexibility to ensure that the various elements ran as smoothly as possible.
